    Setup OBS to use multi-channel audio tracks and you can then use whatever software you use to edit video (Vegas, etc), most should have a "Open in Audio Editor" option, from there you can apply your audio editing such as compressor, equalization, normalizing, hard limiting, etc.

    Also, I'm surprised how nobody has mentioned Audacity, it's a great program. It's also free, multiplatform and open source!
