I'm a huge Nintendo fanboy.

My first console growing up was the Nintendo 64, which I started playing the game Super Mario 64.

Several years later I got a GameCube for Christmas with Luigi's Mansion, then later I got Super Mario Sunshine, the Mario Kart Double Dash and many other games. I'd have to say the GameCube was my top favourite console at the time.

Then came the Wii:

It took some quite getting used to the motion controls concept, but I for some reason, enjoyed the Wii far more than the GameCube, mainly because of its backwards compatibility with GameCube games and Virtual Console games for consoles like the N64.


In 2013 I got a Wii U. I'd have to say I still like my Wii, and I do play it more so than my Wii U mainly because Ive soft modded my Wii to do things that no ordinary Wii can do such as play games off a USB storage device or go on the Wi-Fi connection after the May 20th shutdown in 2014.

I do like the idea however that the Wii U is HD which means everything looks amazing on it. I currently have Super Mario 3D World, Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros, and just recently I pre-ordered Super Mario Maker which will release on September 11, 2014
