XBox E3 Conference 2016 | Silva's Thoughts

Okay i'm gonna give you my brief thoughts about xbox's e3 conference and we all know e3 is the best and most exciting time of being apart of this industry either as Publishers, Developers, Manufactures, YouTubers, Gaming Communities or Professional and Casual Gamers.

We also know this is the most hyped time of the year for gamer for exclusives for PC, XBox and PlayStation.

Okay XBox did announce it's first console revision even though this revision should of been made last year, However this consoles revision has confirmed most of the rumors and leaks that has been leaked within the past 3 to 6 months!

Such as;

• 40% Smaller
• HDR
• 4K Video
• 500GB, 1TB and 2TB Hard Drive's
• Vertical Stand

Are these's changes enough for xbox to make a 180 due to their mistakes that the previous head and the team made when the XBox One first released.

In my opinion.... No the XBox One S isn't much of a game changer however i do reckon they are heading into the right direction!

Okay that's enough of XBox One S


Now to XBox Live;

Okay so one of their was a few exciting announcements for the XBox Live service to do with Clubs (Groups) for all you social people! Arena XBox's new tournament platform for all you competitive players and XBox's cross platform that has been around for awhile now however a lot more platforms have been added to the device list such as Apple, Android, Windows and of course XBox itself.

Like i said before the console revision was kinda a let down to me however it was expected but due to some of the updates that Microsoft and XBox are doing with it's platform is truly amazing and making one of the best gaming services available today!


XBox Play Anywhere;

Okay for the idea of XBox Play Anywhere is due to the cross platform between windows 10 and xbox, so you go out to the store and buy a xbox one game and you can play it on you're pc! i reckon this is a great idea cause consumers can pay for one copy of the game and don't have the need to buy the game again on another platform.


Xbox Design Lab;

Design a XBox One Controller with different type of colors, It is nice to have for a gaming setup with out the need on buying a custom controller from like scuf gaming at a massive price its diffrently a something not worth my time however im sure it will find it audience within the PC and XBox gaming market.


Project Scorpio;

Okay they just hyped it up more but Phil Spencer said what ever you buy for XBox One or XBox One S will work on Scorpio and said "Noone get's left behind" so does this mean backwards compatibility for xbox 360 games? well i assume so right? but yeah not a lot of info was released from what we already know such as;

• 4k Gaming @ 60FPS
• VR Games

Other then that we just got teased so we gotta wait till e3 in 2017 i think to hear about Scorpio
