Trailer Reactions & FAIR USE?

Now from what I understood Trailer reactions are concidered FAIRUSE as long as the tuber adds value to the video (like talks alot over the video with face cam, and then talks about the trailer after... I have added more of my own content then the trailer, and that is textbook fair use is it not?

Looks like fair use to me, however a lot of the time YouTube will side with the original content creator if it does get flagged.

ya i lost my monitization on this video, but many other tubers do it, i have even found ones of this exact trailer with adds in front....
