Survival/crafting Suggestions

Hello,
Im not into such a game as Niffelheim it got amazing crafting system and very interesting gameplay, graphics is jsut what I need to relax and play few hours. Please suggest something with interesting gathering/crafting/survival features.
Exept:
Survival evolved, 7daystoday(played too muuch fo this one), all those h1z1/dayz/and clones, also all those new standalone pvp games.

The best if the game is single player or at least local for a party with friends. Why not Online? I hate to play 5 hours gathering building a house and entering the game next day to find out I wask illed and everythign destroyed (uuuuu that bad Rust experience). Dont forget Im playing mostly alone so mainly single player games to relax after work day.
