Stream Page & Chinese

Here are today's updates (Dec. 27th):

• Livestreams: Added an option to display offline approved partner channels. This feature will primarily be used for official MGN channels and possible sponsorships. The channel offline image will not display properly until the next time said channel gets scraped.
• The channel rescrape time has been lowered to every 7 days, instead of 28 days.
• The Hitbox.TV service can now be scraped using the game restriction.
• The top stream on the tile view will now only be embedded on page one of the list.

We are also in the process of launching MGN in Chinese for all of our friends in China and Taiwan!

We will be adding an official "Language" button to all of our pages to accommodate as well as expand our forums.
