    He is trying to link his Freedom dasboard account to his Freedom! support forum. I believe via his Google+ account.

    Chevron, follow these instructions to link your account (copied from Freedom's FAQ page)

    "How do I connect my forum account to my dashboard (If using Google+)?

    So, you want to connect your Forum Account to earn some Freedom! Points, but connected with Google+? Are you lost on how to do the process? Are you constantly been bugging the staff about how to complete this?

    Well, look no further! It's actually simpler than you think it is! [​IMG]

    I personally had encountered the same problem, and had no idea what to do at first. However, with a little bit of brainstorming, I created this helpful step-by-step guide in order to make this process as convenient and as easy as possible. [​IMG]

    So, here's what you need to do:

    1. Log out of the forums if you're already logged in.

    2. Click "Forgot Password?" after going back into the Log-In section of the Forums.

    3. Associate your account name, which is asked about, or associate your e-mail with the forum account.


    4. I followed the steps from the e-mail that I was sent [The e-mail may take a long time to be sent. Be patient! [​IMG]tocreate a brand new password, then logged into the forums with that password to make sure that it worked.

    5. Go into your Dashboard, and try that new password out when you attempt to connect your Forum Account.
    •IF YOU NEED TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD AT ANY TIME, GO TO "PROFILE" ON THE DASHBOARD, THEN CLICK "RESET PASSWORD".
    •AN E-MAIL WILL BE IMMEDIATELY SENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT, AND YOU CAN FOLLOW THE STEPS FROM THERE!
    •THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO USERS WHO NEED THEIR PASSWORD, AND SIGNED UP WITH GOOGLE+. [​IMG]

    6. You have successfully connected your forum account!! Enjoy your extra Freedom! Points!! [​IMG]

    Did you already create a password? You can start at Step 5!"
