I think theres a couple of things you could do to improve your channel:
First off, add channels in the sidebar that you like/are friends with.
Also, in your dark souls 2 videos, I would maybe lower the graphics settings a bit, as there is quite a bit of stutter.
I would add a channel trailer.
I do like how you improved your mic, and I would keep it that way for now, until you can afford a blue yeti or whatever.
Apart from that, your channel is pretty decent.

 

I just finished watching some of your video's and the channel.

I would add a channel trailer, explaining who you are and what you do, or some video game moments you liked so people get something playing right away when they hit your channel.
I would do a bit more with the icons. Some are really nice and then you have some screenshots shoved in there, which can work. But be careful with that.
Show who you know on youtube, it might help people see what you are like (based on what you like)

I did like the banner a lot.
The links to facebook is always a plus
Playlists make it very easy to find content made further back in time

I have taken a look and your channel is pretty good. I would advise to work on your video description and use it to give a good info about the video, besides that your about section is empty. The about section is optional but use this to tell people why you are unique.
As mentioned by others the usage of a channel trailer gives a good overvieuw of your channel's content.
