Revenue Share Increase Issue

    Hello, I have a little question. On the 27th of august I have send a mail to MGN Support for a revenue share increase. They replied that the message was submitted to the appropriate department for review. Now we are the 14th of september as I write this message and still no answer from Freedom or MGN. I have send a mail back to ask what the status is and also no reply.

    Is that normal that it takes that long to review / reply ?

    I would like to have a answer on this please.

    I can't exactly tell how long the process is to check if you are eligible for a revenue increase but i think it is best if @Jake Frost takes a closer look at this ;)

    Hey!

    Revenue requests are processed by Freedom! rather than MGN so that is where it currently is. If you have a ticket number I can take a look :)

    I got a mail back today that they are sorry for the delay and my revenue has been increased. Thanks for your assistance! :)

    The problem got solved, Freedom had a delay but my revenue has been increased now. Thanks for the help! ;)
