OBS video recover

Hello everybody! I recently started streaming on Hitbox and using the preferred version of OBS that Hitbox recommends. Twice this has happened where I end the stream/record, go to the folder and the video has no time which means it's corrupt. Looked online for some advice and didn't find a fix. Has anybody else encountered this and know of a fix to recover the video. I also have Bandicam which comes with Bandifix but when I tried that it says can't recover.
