Free Need a better version of this template made

So, I've been using a template I made quickly in paint.net for my video thumbnails...it suffices and looks pretty good from a glance as a small image but I'd like a better looking version that still keeps the general theme. A template that could totally look like it took an hour to make in photoshop, as for the quality I'd like.

Green bars on the top-left/bottom-right corners, gradient text that is an orange-yellow mixture that pops out and looks nice, and redone in a 1280x720 size. For just reference, the font I used in the example is Showcard Gothic. The text below is just for example but if you're as kind enough to provide with a custom font to use, that would be wonderful.
