There are some things you could improve i'll make a list.

- Your banner could use some adjustment, there are alot of free templates that are easy to edit with GIMP make a matching avatar and your good to go.
- Use the about section for a short but detailed description about your channel.
- Add Thumbnails as it catches the eye more.
- Video description, make it detailed about the content.
- Your home page could use a nice channel intro, maybe Blender can help. Don't use the option to show who your subbed to on your home page mate, instead put up your recent and most populair video's playlist option. And optional your custom playlists.
- Playlists are good to order your video's by category or game.
- Featured channels, use them to promote friends or people your working together with instead of your networks channel. Use it gain audience.
