Is this a good microphone setup?

    I've been needing to get a new microphone for a while now, but I have no idea about microphones :/ I found this one setup and I think it's fairly good, but I want to know for sure if it is a good one or not.
    The microphone itself is the Blue Snowball
    It will be on Neewer Microphone Stand
    And a basic pop filter
    Like I said, I feel this is a good setup, but I would like to know the community's viewpoint on this :p

    Blue snowball is a good one if you are just starting out make sure you get the correct one for your situation because the ice records whats in front of it and the normal can toggle between recording the room and recording whats in front of it! Hope this helps

    All of these are great!
    I use DragonPad, I wouldn't say it's "Basic" it's a really nice pop filter!
    I use the stand also, Pretty nice, however I use a Blue Yeti!

    It depends on your room setup as well. Do you have a lot of open space, or background noise in your house? What is your budget?

    It's a pretty good microphone as USB mics go, but you want to make sure you optimize its settings so that it doesn't sound like a mono output and doesn't sound muffled. Hope this helps! :)
