If you could ever make a game?!

Hey guys!

I was wondering about this for awhile now, and i guess ill just ask instead of think about it.
What game would you make if you ever got the chance to make one (Considering you have the skills to do so).

I would probably make a The Last Of Us style game, but it would be more based towards survival than storytelling.
It would be first person with a base building system, but only in specific areas.
Multiplayer ofc, where you can raid and attack other players bases. But the bases would have ai (players) to defend it, and also after the base is raided only some loot would be taken and the whole base cant be destroyed either. Just a few holes in walls and roofs maybe.

Then there would be scavanging and a huge world map where you could loot and survive either clickers or humans, possibly also animal life. And then get loot and scrap to build up your base.

The building system as i said would only be for specific areas of the map, for example in industrial areas or military compounds, and the building system i would want to work kind of like it does in Fallout 4. But maybe with less freedom and more prefixed spots to build, but with huge variety on what you could do.

Then also i would add it so you can get vehicles and also get raided by clickers and normal infected. But just as ai.

I might have missed some things in this desc btw so just tell me if you think there is something missing
