    I don't think my channel is doing all that great and I think it's because I'm doing something wrong, but I can't tell. Can someone help me?

    First off you need to have better description to your videos. Second, you are doing just fine. You are a small youtuber who has 40% of his subscribers active on his videos which is really good. Don't be impatient, to become big on youtube takes a lot of work.
