How to link to a thumbnail

So I have no idea how to link a thumbnail when submitting a video to MGN. If anyone could let me know how that'd be amazing

well there are more than one way to do it but a verry easy one is to copy the videos link then go to http://www.dragnoz.com/get-video-thumbnails-from-youtube/ past it in then just right click and then click on "copy image adess"
