Hello. Today i'm gonna show you how to fix most of your computer problems. I've been working on an electro shop for over 6 months. I've been repairing others desktop, laptop, mobile phones, tablets, radios etc...
I wanted to use my knowledge to help others :)

The most important thing you could possible do to fix most of your computer problem is to have your computer up to date. Why? If you use your computer often and doesn't update it frequently, you'll get some issues with your softwares, programs, drivers, devices, computer speed, slow hard drive, not being able to run installations, not able to use windows update (error) and much more.

    1. type "msconfig" in the windows search bar. System configuration will pop-up. You can also type "run" in the search bar and then type "msconfig" to open the system configuration. Now goto "services", check "hide all microsoft services (this is to avoid disabling important windows startup). Now click "disable all", then click "apply"
Now goto the tab "startup". Click "disable all" and then click "apply". Restart your computer. Now your computer will boot quicker.

    2. Defragment your hard disks. This tool will read and sort your files and folders on your hard disk. This tool will delete all currupted shortcuts and delete all empty folders. If you defragment your computer every week, you'll then never have problems with opening files and folders. This can take an effect on your startup speed.
-> Click on the windows icon on the right bottom corner. Click on "Computer", right click on the hard disks you uses often, then click "properties". Goto the tab called "Tools". Click "Defragment Now..". Choose the hard disk you use often (C: drive, D: drive or E:drive). Click then "Defragment Disk". This process will take upto 30 minutes to 3 hours or more.
