Okay to be able to contact YouTube directly you must meet the requirements of 15,000 watch-time hours in the last 90 days to be able to contact you according to this article:

https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3545535?hl=en

However there was a rumor that this has changed to 75,000 hours of watch-time, Then you can go to https://support.google.com/youtube You'll see the words "Contact us" and use the email support form.
