How Do You Separate Multiple Audio Tracks From OBS Recordings?

I'm starting to do more streaming and am recording the stream via OBS. The screen cap software I'm used to (PlayClaw 5) records audio tracks separate from the video. So I'm not used to having a video with multiple audio tracks. How do I separate the audio tracks from the video in order to do audio processing on them?

Thanks, I was hoping there might be a way to simly extract the audio. Guess I'll have to load-up Adobe. Just a shame as I use PlayClaw 5 for my video and final projects.
