    I have taken a look and the tips i could give is adjust your banner and avatar to look a bit more professional. GIMP is a free and easy to use program for an banner and if you want a cartoon avatar like now there are alot of avatar apps like FaceQ wich you can good avatars with.

    Make good use of links to facebook, twitter and such. Social media helps get your name out there.

    A channel trailer could grab the attention of non-subs to subscribe.

    Upload schedule! Don't upload without a schedule. Always maintain at least one video a week and then upload on a vast day. Don't upload one now and the next one 2 or 3 weeks after, if people see your not active they will skip.
