    I use an codec called H.264 (Nvidia® CUDA™). This codec makes your file size really really small.
    1 min recording with 30 fps, 100 quality and 1920 x 1080 = 41 MB

    10 min = 410MB
    20 min = 840MB
    30 min = 1.2 GB and so on.
    After rendering the file will be size can be cut down to. Depends on what rendering settings you're using.
    1 min = 41 mb - Rendering file size -> 20-22mb
    10 min = 410MB Rendering file size -> 200-230mb
    20 min = 840MB Rendering file size -> 400-450mb
    30 min = 1.2 GB Rendering file size -> 500-700mb

    I use bandicam (bought version) to record, you can also use the codec on dxtory.
    Here's the codec download:
    64 bit: http://www.bandicam.com/img/forum/cuda_enc_windows7_8_64bit.zip
    32 bit: http://www.bandicam.com/img/forum/cuda_enc_windows7_8_32bit.zip

    If you're not safe from the direct download link, then you can goto bandicam's offical webpage and scroll down and download the codec from there: http://www.bandicam.com/support/tips/nvidia-cuda/

    Take in mind this codec is for Nvida users.
