Friend has threatened to sue me.

Now, one of my friends have threatened to sue me because i put their voice in one of my recent videos...
I know the reason he wants to sue me, but tbh that isnt relevant and wont change anything.

His voice is in my video, and before the video starts i asked him and two other people if it was fine if i record and put it on youtube. All said yes, but i cannot prove that seeing as it was on voice chat. And also once in the video i ask the girl in the video if it was fine that i recorded and posted it, again. And she said yes, while the guy that is threatening to sue me just stayed silent...

Any tips on what to do? Or if this is even possible for him to do?

Well i have actually consulted lawyers about it now, and if he drops a case there is a 98% chance i win. And a 40% chance i can make money off it (Which i wont). But it is against youtube policy to put someone in your video without their permission. But the thing is that in the middle of the video when i asked if it was fine, he just stayed silent which basically means yes i agree...

The thing im worried about, is that he betrayed my trust. He has never really been the type that i can trust. But this really makes me trust him even less...

 

Me too, and i normally cope with it. But i didnt expect for it to be by this scale. Where he actually wants to sue me, because i took 2 logs from him in a game...

 

I already fixed it with about 4 lawyers, if he tries there is only a 1% chance he cant win...
