If you keep on uploading videos at the same rate as you have been this last week (3 per week), that's good. Maybe schedule them before so they always come out at the same time and day so people know when to look for them - and maybe freeing up some of your time. Your use of custom thumbnails is also good, as is the fact you've linked your YT and Twitter accounts. Maybe be a little more active on Twitter and get to know some other YT gamers on there, and do some collaborations which should help you grow. Then as long as you keep your content good and accounts active (social media as well as YT), you should be golden!
