does any one else if it easier to stream youtube than twitch

Youtube has a better codec than twitch

 

Could also be due to your streaming settings. I can stream in HD to both Youtube and Twitch. But on Twitch the connection is not too great when streaming in HD making me prefer Youtube Gaming more

 

I've used YouTube Gaming for 2 weeks now. What i've done is streaming on Twitch and YouTube at the same time. The positive thing for streaming on YouTube is that you can expand your community, but the down side is that (if you've twitch followers, they probably will stick to Twitch). But YouTube has the system to make viewers turn down the video graphics if it buffers, and Twitch doesn't (Unless you're partnered with twitch). Their is less Streamers on YouTube, but you'll get a lot of people watching you there compared to Twitch. But keep in mind, copy righted content cannot be shown/played on YouTube Gaming.

The bitrate i use for both of these streaming platform is: 1800
The quality is decent and 720p supporting for youtube videos.
