I have taken a look and i sugges you adjust the banner and avatar to something channel related. Use it so people can see in one sight what your channel is about.

Your about section is a bit empty. Use it to give information, why should people sub? What makes you channel unique?

Your thumbnails could use some work, make them eye catching.

Lastly your video description, give a clear description about the content in the video.
