I'd say the regularity of your uploads and custom thumbnails are good at the moment; if you keep it up and do the other stuff I say you should start getting more views and subs. I'd say get social platforms. Facebook, and Twitter. Link them both to your YT account so your new videos are automatically tweeted and posted (? I don't have Facebook). But also be active on Facebook and Twitter, talk to people at least 5 times a day on each, and "make friends" with the same number of people - knowing people is how to gain momentum on social media. Then keep it up across the board.
