So I have been using the blue yeti for years now but it is getting old and is starting to not want to work right. I came on here because I have been looking for new mics but can't seem to find any. The type of mic is the ones that the bigger gaming youtubers use. I have the mic arm and everything I just can't find the type of mic I need. I need a mic that does not pick up a lot of background noise at all since I do tend to have a noisy background. Any suggestions?

I recommend you buy a Rode NT1-A for recording sound or maybe even a Razer Seiren Pro Elite

My own experience with Blue Yeti mics are awful they work for a little while then end up going all faulty.

Best advice get a powered mic for studios ones that plug in to the main power and not just USB.

The Razer Seiren is what I personally use. I think the Pro Elite is overkill since the only differences are that it supports other plugs.

Yeah there is no point spending a fortune really on a mic the Seiren is perfect for starting out or even someone that is well established!
