Getting noticed on youtube

I'll try and help you if I can. But I have a few question first.

What do you use to record your videos?
Do you have a way to record your voice?
Have you decided what your YouTube Channel is about?

 

I would suggest adding some text on the about page and a bit more in the description. Also try to upload on a schedule, every day at 8pm for example and then stick to that schedule, hope this helps

Regarding growth on youtube main key is to build up a personal network of fellow gamers.
Get active on social media and get to know people who share the same interest.
Maintain a upload schedule and since your doing gameplay only spice it up with some txt or annotations along the video.

 

starting is always hard, social media like facebook can help a lot. spam your friends in a friendly way, and if you're good in what you do, you will get noticed ^^

 

Like everyone is saying Social Media helps. mention you're FB or Twitter in your vids and put links in the description(even though they hardly read descriptions) or they won't know about it. And most importantly have patients. LOTS AND LOTS OF IT. I've seen people spamming others and expecting to become 'famous' over night. It's hard to get noticed but it will happen at somepoint just focus on improving your content and learning from mistakes. Getting to know others that share the same interests helps aswell as collabs as they help and both of you grow.

 

It's one of the hardest things to do, you need to know people andbe able to market your channel in different ways, there's not really a sure way to make sure people will see it, but sometimes random people come from nowhere

 

Another thing is to see if you can get ahead of your recording schedule... try to batch record your gameplay with typically work into 45 minutes to an hour of gameplay for each 10 minutes of well edited video. So if you play for three hours recorded, you should be able to cut 3 or 4 10 minute videos from that release one schedule the release of two others for the next two days, then you should have a chance to get ahead of your production needs.

And Collabs, get collaborating, even if it's not perfect, and to keep you in the ballpark it should probably be within a 0 of where you are (since you are at 7 subs, shoot towards someone who has about 70 subs.)

 

I have 10 Subscribers, what about we exchange subs?

 

I've been trying although I doesn't have a really high-end gaming computer. I only have my laptop with me and a headset with a broken mic. I need to save up for new ones though it'll take me too long to achieve what I want. :3
