Trouble Partnering

    Okay, so I signed up to join Freedom! a month-ish ago, the Freedom! dashboard appears like so; says that I was accepted, blah blah check e-mail for how to accept partnership.

    So I went into my e-mail, watch the video (which is quite outdated I may add) and to no avail the option to accept or join wasn't there. see:

    It says 'Partner Verified' and network as 'none' with a button beside it to join Freedom!

    here is my YouTube dashboard as well: where it says "youtube partner" under my name beside the view channel link.

    Hopefully we can figure this out because I've been working on content and I'm waiting until everything is up and running before I start releasing content, I have about 12 videos ready to go at the moment, with the plan to upload them all and release them a few days apart from each other.

    I also put in a network change request from Freedom! to MGN a few minutes ago.

    The CASEID for my current ticket is: 135281

    Hi @Komosky,

    Thanks for letting us know the details of your situation!

    You should receive 2 e-mails after being fully accepted. One that provides the video that shows you how to accept (the one you seem to have received) and the other with the notification directly from YouTube about your channel's new invitation to join our CMS.

    If that second e-mail never showed up (sometimes it shows up in your 'Social' tab if you use Gmail), make sure your channel does not have any current strikes against it as well as has 'Fan Funding' turned off.

    If you believe the above criterea are being met, please give me the link to your channel and I'll have our CMS team send you an invitation! If there are any errors in them sending it, they will let me know directly and I can then pass that message on to you.

    EDIT: I pulled your YouTube channel URL from your post in the Introductions part of the forum and requested the CMS team send you an invite. Will update you tomorrow!

    Received the MGN invite on Youtube just now! accepted it, we are good to go! thanks so much for the quick support, I had my freedom ticket in since the 19th (same one i copy and pasted in my first post of this thread), and they just replied to me Today. and she even asked for all the screenshots and user ID that I had included in my initial ticket...

    Felt like she didn't even read my ticket, just copy pasted a standard response...

    I'm glad you finally received your invitation! Sorry to hear that the Freedom! support hasn't been quick/helpful.

    I've upgraded your forum account to "Partner" now that you've officially accepted the CMS invitation.
