    Wanted to see what everyone's decision is on getting a VR headset or not.

    Personally myself I pre ordered the HTC Vive because I love throwing money at my screen. XD

    I am thinking about getting one but the price is quite high.

    I want to wait it out first to see what it can offer, from what i have seen it has great potential and brings a whole new experience to gaming :)

    Give it a year and they will discount them as other companies put out their VR headsets and more comes available.

    I Pre-ordered the Oculus Rift, before I heard about the Vivo. Although the price makes me a bit worried, it's an innovative product but I am definitely a bit scared to be one of the pioneers in the testing field.

    Wait till the price goes down maybe wait a year or so because i think VR will become the norm and therefore become cheaper

    Yeah it probably will. Once something is released it has a big hype. Then over time the price drops so i'll wait it out.

    Ye price is a big sticking point. I just got my HTC and it's amazing. Best £700 I've spent in a long time.

    id rather get the Vive cause every youtuber usually says its better and more realistic

    It's more on personal preference tbh. The positive thing that Vive has is the touch controllers. They add so much more to the immersion been able to interact with almost everything.

    If the Sony sell the PS Neo and their VR as bundle the I would consider trading in my PS4 for one. This way if I decide it's not for me I still have the most updated PlayStation out.

    But if I like it I will buy the Rift in the future.

    i had the oculus DK1& DK2

    i sold both of them lol

    sad to say the oculus is loosing at the moment because of two main things

    1.not many games.

    2. the hand controllers are still not out. and people have no idea when these are coming out, or how much these will be:/


    the HTC vive seems like the best choice. i may sell a kidney and invest in one :p

    I got an HTC Vive a little over a month ago and it is the best thing ever... Only problem I have with it is I have no interest in playing normal games now... Im absolutly obsessed with VR... Got quite a few videos on my channel of my first time trying various games...

    Eventually I will have this. In some form or fashion it will be mine lol.... May take a while but VR is so much fun! And its come a long way!!!
