Actually I do have a question, How do I get a custom banner?
And obviously how do i get more views?

To get more views, keep uploading, make great content, use social networking to your advantage

About the custom banner; I would advice you to turn towards the shoutbox area and ask the people there if anyone of them can make one for you. I'm not good making custom banners at all. Friend of mine did the one I am using on my YT Channel.
Then about the views. Since you are partnered with MGN, you will get more views if you share/post video both to your channel and on MGN channel. Alex and Swifty can explain how it works better. If you want to submit your video to MGN, use the "Submit Video" tab and follow the steps there
