The Forums

I have noticed that as well, though I do enjoy some of the videos that people post here, and talk about them after watching.

I don't know whether it's because people don't feel the sense of community on this forum, on the Mortal Online forums there is a constant stream of discussions, feedback, critique and off-topic threads pretty much every day of the week. It might be because the users there share something in common that matters to them on some level, most of them are probably players, fans or at the very least interested in the game.

But here at MGN, I think people might feel that yeah, we're all gamers, but we have very little in common beyond that unless we love the same type of games. There is a broad spectrum of gamers from different genres, tastes and age groups, which perhaps find little to interact with, though we all fall under the general umbrella of gamers.

It may be that we just need something in common in our love of gaming that matters enough to all of us. I don't mean like something transient or external to gaming or MGN, but maybe topics like gaming technology, devices, when did you get into gaming, what we love most about games, etc.

 

I think us founding members of this forum must stay active and think of ways to change that. Good point though.

 

So true. We have to make them feel this forum is useful for other things as well.

 

Guys if you are interested on to help moderate the forums or give ideas you can always ask Alex as I may comeback to the forums to help out

 

I'm down, but I was just slowly getting known and trying to socialize first. lol

 

I can feel a since of passion for MGN to succeed to bigger levels. I think it will happen we all just half to least take 5 to 10 minutes at least a day to respond or add something to the conversation.
