    Well there are a couple things you could adjust.

    - Your banner, personalize it more it now looks a hut simple.
    - Your avatar, make it to fit with your banner.
    - Thumbnails can make you video's more eye catching.
    - Channel trailer can grab the attention of non-subs.
    - Homepage playlists, add the populair vid, custom playlists and such to you home page for a quick and ordened overvieuw.
