I have taken a look and to begin your banner text is too dark in combination with the background wich makes it difficult to read.
Make use of your about section to add a detailed description about yourself and channel.
Your thumbnails are a bit busy and the text is due to the colour and background hard to see/read.
Use your video description to good use instead of your twitch link, add detailed information about the video contents.
On your front page make use of playlists like populair uploads and such. Also a channel trailer might grab the attention.
