LoL - Broken Tribunal System

Howdie peoples,

It's a sad day when u get a suspension from your favorite game, especially when you spent a bit of money on it.

Now, I completely agree that a community spirit/guideline should be followed, and as far as Im concerned, saying "Hey Cho, can you move from your lane and help the team, even just a tp please?". A complete refusal of team play, accompanied by a WW that does, what is called "afk farming" essentially, he walks backwards and forwards in his jungle without ever going into a lane until around level 6 or 7, which is understandable because WW is useless until level 6 (unless you know how to use him). This led to a team of flamers, and essentially, a pre-made pair of jokers, decided it would be funny to turn the team against me, at one stage I had to mute someone because It was really annoying. I dont play games, to be harassed and reported for absolutely no reason. So the pair of jokers convinced the team to report me because I asked Cho'gath to play more with the team, this is around 25 minutes into the game, then I ask WW "Please can you stop farming and gank? You can have my farm if we can kill her mid" and all of this, over a stupid game lol. Personally, I think what I said was polite, plain English, not provocative, and most of all there is no profanities there. So Im unsure of what the issue is realistically. I received an automatic email with a transcript of the chat in game, only including my comments, nobody elses. Reporting is pretty much used to "Spite" (annoy, frustrate, fake, targeted) these days and although LoL say they are working very hard to make changes, I believe the changes they made are worse and people are being banned for no reason.

To be perfectly honest, a lot of my content is LoL and to be banned for 14 DAYS????? Well, I'll be making my last League video for 14 days, while I consider if I want to continue playing the game. This will be a first voice-over video, and I hope you could consider watching to understand why Im writing this all out.

All I can say is League of Legends "Tribunal System" is completely automatic, and its very rare, despite what you are told on their website, that individual tribunal reports are screened to check if its actually a legitimate report or not. I personally get honored most games, either for team work or being friendly.

Just to top it off, and prove my point, look at my videos, there is no flaming, and I cant flame, purely for the fact that then I wouldnt be able to promote my Youtube channel directly to the people who would watch it, e.g. people who have a good game or two with me which I record, snip up and put on Youtube, I mean that doesnt make any sense to me?

Its ok, I dont mind having a break from League anyway. Ive already downloaded HotS, will take some getting used to the mechanics but the kill spree's are good, can get some great footage from it, its definitely on the rise and people are searching for it. Im actually quite relieved to not play LoL for 14 days xD I know theres a lot of people that have had these kinds of issues in LoL, but Riot won't do anything about it cuz everyone thinks it's "ok", personally, I dont think its a bannable offence and Im pretty sure any reasonable, non-computerized, human-being would clearly see if they actually had a look. Its just a shame they took this direction over something quite trivial lol. Neverming eh? Plenty of other games to play.

 

Heroes of the Storm, essentially League of Legends made in Blizzards own way. The game style is MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) and Dota 2 is another example of the same style gameplay. Im not massively fond of Dota though, although, I played Dota first, then League, then HotS, I'll post some gameplay footage

 

Yup, I am back on LoL now, was very salty at the time, now I just dont even type in-game, that way I can never be accused of anything xD
