Re-Introduction to Myself!!

I have been away so long that I figured I needed to reintroduce myself to the newer members, and get back in touch with the older members. I remember a bunch of you, some I do not, but hopefully we can all hit it off good and go from there.

First off, hello all of you who took the time to click on my Introduction. I am a little nervous, but hey aint everyone with the very first thing people will read that they post? hahaha Lets get started shall we?

Hello, Nice to Meet You and Hope You're Having a Good One!!!

My actual name is Allison, and I go by Ladi Alli on almost all my social medias, though some have slight variations due to the original being taken. These I will post at the end, possibly if I remember to. I am currently a Level 31 Eccentric Single Gamer Girl, with a young brain harbored in this old body. Currently I reside- born and raised- in the great state of Tennessee which is located in the southeastern part of the United States of America. I currently work as a Parts and Service Associate at Battle Creek Powersports. It is amazing fun and the crew is like family. I love it here!! (Here being because I am at work while typing this out during slow time.) Currently, I am trying to game more, relax more (because this job is less stressful than being manager at Circle K), and just have fun in life. I do not have an exciting life, but love what I do and how I do it most of the time. ^_^


A Smidgen of My Background:

I started playing video games when I was much much younger and still living with my mother, even though the first video game I can remember ever touching was Pong and Frogger on my father's Atari. I also remember playing on the Nintendo Entertainment System he had, with the shooting game Duck Hunt paired with Super Mario Brothers. As the years went by moved on to a Playstation, N64, Gameboy, Gameboy Pocket, PS2, and so on. I played all sorts of games on any console I got the chance to with family, friends, but mainly alone in my room. While in high school admittedly I got more into sports and parties and played less, but when I moved in with my then boyfriend in 2006, I began playing more and more. I made it a habit of coming home from work and immediately playing anything and everything Eric and I had bought. Gaming has now become a huge portion of my life, a sort of spiritual release and my great escape from everyday life. When I do not get to play I feel a part of me has gone away somewhere, especially when I binge play on my days off and it takes forever to get back to them due to adulting. Even when I am not playing games I am thinking about the next best move..... Speaking of, I remember what I need to do to beat that boss!!!

A Look into My Gaming:

I play a variety of games on many different consoles. Currently I own 2 laptops, 1 non-working Wii, 1 working Wii, 1 Xbox 360, 1 Xbone, a Playstation 1 2 and 3, a GameCube, a non-working N64, not to mention that I own an original Nintendo DS and a 3DS. It would take a long time to dwelve into the games I own, but I do want to share some of my favorites. These include Skyrim of course, Gems of War, Phoenix Wright, Puzzle Quest, Ni no Kuni, 9 Hours 9 People 9 Doors, Pokemon games, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Beetle Bug Racing, Smash Brothers, Stardew Valley, God of War, Trauma Center, Torchlight, and thats just to name a "few".

Lastly:

I am hoping to make this website a home, where I can read other about others experiences with gaming and life in general, and share with others that have a common like or dislike toward things. I am excited to be here, and excited to get to know some more people in a safe environment filled with like minded people.
