Commentary or No Commentary??

I have a Gaming Channel and I do Let's Play/Walkthroughs. So what type of Let's Play people prefer?

 

Well I guess it really does depend upon u because u have to try it both ways and see which one works
For some commentary with face cams work and sometimes commentaries without facecam works too

 

That for Sure. It depends I guess. By the way, currently all my content is No-Commentary.

It would be really awkard and people might getting bored. Some of games are coming with long scene.

 

I'm someone that Commentary is key. It portrays your character and your personality. The one thing about youtube, is if you're showcasing a game, and don't have commentary, it could technically be taken off or you could receive a strike as you're showing someone else's work (video game) and being monitized for it. So make sure to talk over it so that way the content you're outputting is your own.

Face cams i've noticed as of late have been a rising trend.
