    Everyone may or may not know how difficult it is to find the best Livestreams settings on Twitch or on YouTube, but here I plan to bring you the best Livestream Settings for all devices, and Resolutions. It'll go from the best to the worst, so sit back relax, grab some popcorn, and read while we'll go through the best settings for you! Hope you guys enjoy this little article!

    Intel CPU's


      • Your upload speed is sufficient for 480p / 720p
      • Considering lowering your buffer size and/or bitrate if you experience in-game latency
      • Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
      • Enable CBR for improved stream stability
      • Recommended max bitrate: 850
      • Recommended buffer size: 510
    • CPU Advice


      • Set FPS to 30
    • Intel® Core™ i5-2400 Processor (OR HIGHER) @ 10000 KBP/S Upload Speed - NVIDIA 600 Series / AMD RADEON / R9 Graphics Card
    • Network Advice


      • Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
      • Enable CFR for compatibility with streaming services
      • Enable CBR for improved stream stability
      • Recommended max bitrate: 3500
      • Recommended buffer size: 3500
    • CPU Advice


      • Consider using a resolution downscale if you experience high CPU usage

    Yeah this is great, i will just leave the OBS estimator link here so that people know it exists its a great little tool and basically spits out the same information you have just posted :) this means people can then be more specific about their specs and speeds and get better details for the best streams.

    PS: This tool gives you information for you to make your own estimations, if you have problems try adjusting your own settings. also you do not need OBS to use the tool it will give you information you can use with any streaming software.

    thanks for the heads up, i have left the original link there for reference. I have relinked the new text to the wayback machine so that the site is still found in future. the OBS site is correct there is no straight answer, but it was intended as an estimator. its a good place to start and if your PC + Connection can handle more then increase resolution or fps.
