What made you start streaming?

When I first looked into streaming I had never heard of twitch before and didn't really understand the community or what it was all about.

I was sharing a very average computer at the time & someone said you can get a PC from streaming < which at the time peaked my interest. So my reason for starting to stream was originally pretty shallow, I wanted to make money. But hey who doesn't.

My reasons for streaming have changed significantly over the past year and the only reason I stream now is because it's literally my happy place to completely be myself and let go of the days stress

Well youtube started to make me stream tbh. I mostly do youtube so i mainly focus on that.
But when my friend named RoderShock started streaming, i figured why not just do it myself?

And so i started streaming a bit, not too often and off schedule. But i do stream sometimes

i would be watching people having fun talking to people making friends and playing games and having fun. i looked at it and was like that looks like fun.

Excellent reason to start streaming, I will admit twitch is how I found some of my most favourite people in this world

I started to stream more because I was done doing Let's Plays on my channel and still wanted content. But it's also an amazing way to connect with your audience. Also, no editing!

Well, my little guy, the LOG, asked if we could do one. We tried it and it was fun. Then I realised that the coming demands on my time would make it virtually impossible to keep editing videos for awhile. I then put more efoort, and hardware (money) into streaming to keep our channel alive. We had more fun, had an easier time, and got a bigger audience. So for now streaming will be our main form of video.
