    So i was thinking...

I have intel i5-3470 CPU and 8GB RAM so i don't know what to buy new cpu or 16GB RAM but i'm thinking about more RAM cause my games crash and the reason is low memory... :) let me hear your opinions

If you're having no memory issues and you have 8GB it's memory leak, or a virus. Either in Windows, or the game.

Yep, what above say! But, if you're still deciding...I'd really suggest more ram! Depends on what you do honestly,
RAM is great, but a better processor is awesome too!

I'd say go for a better processor. RAM is good and all but it is definitely not the main factor that decides how your games run. E.g. I got 8GB RAM as well and haven't had an issue with any of the games yet. So as the guys said it's either a virus or a leak.

Kill the windows update service if you find it on the task manager, that should help you a bit for starters.
