Does anyone know a good screen recorder for pc

I have used OBS for 2 years now for both recording and streaming, and I never had one problem with it

 

I don't really know any of those above (except maybe fraps) but I use Bandicam for my videos

 

OBS as everyone has mentioned is free and a pretty great tool.

I've also used Razer Screencaster which gives good quality with smaller files.

 

That Camtasia ... How much is it and where,do I find it? Ive heard many good things about it

I use OBS, Xsplit gamecaster, and Nvidia ShadowPlay / Nvidia Share

 

I use Action screen recorder, personally. It has the lowest CPU usage and the smallest files sizes. It is well worth the $50 for commercial use!

 

I switched to using OBS with solid success lately. It's free, does a good job, and what I like is it date stamps the recordings which I find helpful when binge recording my series.

You can, if you ever want to stream, us it to stream with and there is a fair amount of support for it as well as add on features that work well with it like subscriber notices, follower notices, etc.

Might give it a look.

I used to Shadowplay. After the last update it became unreliable and had many problems. That's when I switched to OBS.

Shame they changed it, it worked well for me before.

 

Shadowplay ? I never used OBS :/ I tried it once for Youtube streaming but my " beautiful " internet's not allowing me to..
