    Yes and No.

    For example, if someone pulled one of my videos and used it in something you create, including my commentary, without saying where you got it we might have a discussion.

    Just keep in mind if you are using someone else's work to link them, say where you got it, and if possible let them know just to cover yourself.

    That being said, most people will probably be reasonable if you ask or let them know.
