Discord
You may post your Collab-ad and skim through the partners' collab-ads in the Collab chat channel in the discord server. Haven't joined the discord server yet? Head to the forum homepage and click on the server widget.

Forums
You may post you collab info in the collaborate section of the forums and also search for people willing to collab.

YouTube Comments
You may request a collab with your info in a video comment.

Factors to consider before a collab -

Age
You may want a partner near to your age for a collab.

Country
You should have an idea from which country/timezone the partner is from.

Timing
The partner and you should have a nearby timings of availability to record game-plays together.

Games played & Platform
You should be aware of the platform on which you expect to record your videos and have games in common with your partner.
