My new youtube banner and logo

The design seems to be plain, and the textures aren't really appealing, also the background has nothing to it, just plain.

 

I posted this on the other thread by accident lol, but here is why!

Haha sure thing, for the banner, you should keep it the same colour scheme, not a blue background and a goldy-brown colour, and that's another reason, the golden-brown colour, doesn't stand out, to make it stand out you need bright colours or a mixture of bright and dark to show the contrast. The text is also pretty standard, you should add effects to each text, to make it better, as well as use a better font. Your logo looks nice, but you should scale the actual design more, so it takes up more space, and change the colour so it looks more appealing!

 

Feels quite bland and the texture looks very distorted. The logo itself is fine, but I would make it sharper, and brighter, maybe add a bit more coloration to it.

I like the blue bg one... but not the golden blonde one. However very nice, as well I love the icon FW that you have made ^_^ I have been toying on working on my own using LA hahaha but I am not very artsy so Idk, but great job on your banner n logo ^_^ try changing your color scheme though so that they match more ^_^
