2 tips I can offer are to start branding your thumbnails. Put your logo in them. This will help your fans to be able to identify your videos when they start to pop up in the related videos section on there videos.

The other is to start uploading more regularly. This is something I am gulty of not doing and it is killing my channel. When I was laser focused and uploading 3 to 5 days a week my channel grew. Even if you can only do 1 video a week be sure to publish it on the same day every week. This way your fans know when to check out your channel for new videos even if that aren't notified of them.

 

One thing I can suggest on your videos is investing in a new microphone. If you don't have a huge budget, I recommend the Blue Snowball or if you're willing to spend a lot, I recommend the Blue Yeti
