Maybe adding some thumbnail consistency will help you out with your branding. Try to make people know it's your content before they even click on the video.

I would check out your tags again, and try to get near the 500 character limit. You can appear in the search engine easier, and you can have more potential viewers.

Utilizing your video descriptions could work wonders as well. SEO is an important factor in YouTube ^^

Your icon/logo could use some work and flow better with the banner.

Your intro could use a little work, doesn't have to be some fancy 3d animation that everyone else is doing. I personally get annoyed with intros and skip them lol. But the image should be better quality.

Watermark your videos. You can do this through your YouTube dashboard under branding.

Sound quality, you have a bit of background noise, fan maybe? reduce or remove it using audacity. If you can't remove it without affecting your voice quality reduce it as much as possible and add some faint low volume music (if the game doesn't have music) low enough that it doesn't compete with the game sound effects and audio. If you need help removing noise with Audacity I will be happy to walk you through it.

Make sure you are using good tags and variations of the same tag such as Your video is "Let's Complete Medal of Honor - #4" you can use tags like "medal of honor complete, completing medal of honor, complete medal of honor , completing medal of honor gameplay" just any variation that someone might search relevant to your video, and if you have a word or term that is misspelled by a lot of people like "METAL of honor" throw that in there too lol

The outro menu is good, thumbnails are good, banner is adorable, visual quality is good, content is ok and that will get better as you grow and get more comfortable talking to your audience.

I think you are on the right track, highest priority should be the audio noise and your tags. Start there
