So first of all we know that youtube are building YouTube Gaming dedicated to its gaming community since they failed to acquire TwitchTV and the competition and the hype of YouTube Gaming is rising! do you think it'll be enough to convert streamers from other platforms to stream on YouTube well its very debatable due to TwitchTV is the go to place for streaming and youtube from far as we all seen seems very well thought of by youtube and google.

Would i do my streams on YouTube Gaming? Yer fer sure as the ease that it'll make due to Google all in one accounts and setting up managers to help manged YouTube Channel, Google+ pages and using existing contracts with MCN that are all ready provided :)

So do reakon its a good idea YouTube built its own platform for streaming and we will see how this goes YouTube Gaming VS TwitchTV and i left a poll on who you will be streaming with when the new platform rolls out!

YT Streaming looks good :) Also it will consolidate all of your ad revenue, rather than having an account here there and everywhere :) Which I think is really appealing.

I was talking to an Elgato representative at E3 and they said they are working with YouTube to make the streaming more reliable and that YT is going to be great for gamers to stream.

I enjoy the idea a lot and i want to get in on ground floor when it starts. I have been streaming on twitch for many months and i like twitch but by the time i started streaming, it was already over saturated. hoping those who get in early with YT gaming actually have a chance to get noticed!

I love the fact that I don't need two separate audiences if I ever want to stream (I can't really stream, internet is terrible in Australia). So I'm pretty hyped about YouTube Gaming.

I streamed on YT a couple of weeks back and it was great!

No problems at all. I need this because my YT following is by far way greater than my Twitch Channel.

I for one cannot wait until YT Gaming comes out. I've been having way more success streaming on YouTube since I switched over from Twitch three months ago. As someone mention above, Twitch is way, way, way over saturated with mindless streams. Just my opinion. I know that there are quite a few decent Twitch streamers out there working hard on their craft. I never got a chance to get on the YT Beta deal. But, I'm just wating patiently for the e-mail from YT when the green light is given.

What are you using to stream? I was trying to set up OBS but I dont think the instructions are very clear, they are telling me to check things that arent in the places that need to be checked. The delay was also terrible between the gameplay and the stream. I'll have to try it with Xsplit.

I actually like the idea of Streaming on Youtube. I don't mind having everyone that once to watch me in one spot.

As far as twitch being hit with mindless videos, It's hard to say that WONT happen on the YouToobs. I just hope it's enforced more. What I am confused about is how Freedom has a partnership with Hitbox yet involved with YouTube gaming and MGN has Twitch stuff happening. Is there a plan to just consolidate it all to One Platform...at least on the gaming side?

I stream using OBS. It took me a while before I fnally got it down to the specs that I use. I watched alot of how-to videos from YouTube uploads. Don't get me wrong, I don't have tons of viewers on my channel, but I do have alot of dedicated subs that keep coming back to support my channel. And that's always makes me humble. I honestly think YouTube will have tighter restrictions on the conduct of YouTubers once YouTube Gaming comes out. But I guess we'll have to wait and see on that. I'm still stoked for YouTube Gaming & thanks for subbing tonight. Super cool of you :grinning:

Ill have to go ahead and do that, see if i cant find some tuts. I just messed around with it for a brief moment and streamed on twitch because of time constraints. lol. I figured with it being in beta , there were still some kinks to be worked out.

I'm dissapointed in youtube gaming for being US and UK only...
Twitch is too busy a place
    Ill probably stick with hitbox...

I tried Hitbox, but I noticed it was mostly LoL on it. The rest of the games hardly had people viewing them. But that's here in the states though.

Honestly I'm pretty new to streaming... and live viewers make me really nervous anyways... so I don't really care... lol

The Live views count for a lot my friend, I'd try to look past your "Stage Fright" and do it anyway :) When Youtube releases the full version to everybody, I'm sure you'll find a use for it.

Most of all, don't be nervous! :)
