Hi guys, I am just hunting for a good first person shooter video game, We've seen a couple on youtube videos, but I might instead like to ask here to get several other suggestions.

From the Battlefield series, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4. For Call of Duty, Modern Warfare 1-3, and Black Ops. Those are my favourites. You can also just search free FPS games on YouTube :)

I recently played the new Doom Remake/reboot Doom (2016). Its a really fun and fast paced FPS gameand had a lot of hight octane action and its different from all those other FPS games that are clouding the market at the moment. The campaign is definitely good but short bu has alot of hidden easter eggs and harder difficulties for achievements or trophys or just to challenge yourself. It also has online multiplayer kind of like Left 4 Dead series's versus mode mixed with halo 5s groundwar where you have to kill players but can also kill the demon that spawns in the map to turn into a demon and wreck havoc on the enemy team till you die. Well thats one of the modes at least plus you can make your own maps and gamea using the editor like in Halo. I like it better than Halo but i havent played much of Halo 5 so i cant say for sure.

Another good FPS that differes from the norm is the Rainbow Six Siege game (Rainbow Six Series) there's a campaign an online multiplayer and a "terrorist hunt" where you are a special ops team that goes into an area and has to kill all the terrorists there and the Ai is really smart and its pretty tactical, the health is realistic so you can just run and gun without a strat or friends to back you up. Plus you can rappel and shoot or send in drones to tag enemies and can choose from multiple classes to contour to your gaming playstyle. But if you just want to play the casual Fps game id go with Cod Bops 3 or Overwatch which is like team fortress 2 in a sense. Sorry if was going on and on.

Cool i didnt know there was still a community for the game. I cant remember was the game one of those free to play games or was it one of those games you buy? I swear it was free but my memory escapes me lol. It reminds me of the Lost Planet 2 game a little bit. Man i miss that series i mean a game with Gun Swords like come on you got to admit that's pretty cool XD!

I probably cant play it then :(. I have an I5 intel core processor 4th or 5th generation, 4gb ram, cpu 1.9ghz but it also says 2.5ghz when i go to my laptops properties? Its also a 64 operating bit system. I know its not much but im more of a console guy and i took convenience over power so i can edit or take my laptop anywhere. Sorry if my laptop sounds like garbage lol:D

i just meant to say that you wont get much more, you even can have an amd fx6300 with a radeon hd 7770 and wont get much more or less. i expect you to get around 30 fps with this specs, jsut the ram could get to a problem

Yeah if you like campaigns Halo Master Cheif Collection would be a good bet cause it has 4/5 halo games for 1 price $20 something around there. But the multiplayer on there is meh from what i heard so if you like multiplayer buy Halo 5 i guess. Also Mohawk howd you puut your youtube and Twitter underneath your post is it automatic. If so can you tell me how please if you are kind enough to help lol.

    Sure!
At first what do you plan to do? Render while record? or render afterwards?
if render while record go into the settings tab then under output and put it on advanced. There you put audio track on 1, Encoder NVENC H.264 (if Nvidia or the amd equivalten if you have a radeon card)

if only cpu is aviable then jsut simple x264. The output scale would be on 1920x1080 if you want it, or for better performance ingame 1280x720. Put it on VBR instead of CBR and the bitrate onto 2800-3500 for render while capture, or 5000+ for capture only (just be sure to make +2000-3000 if you make 1080p)
Keyframe is not important (best let it on auto)

If you choose the NVENC codec put the presettings on high quality and the profile on main with level 4 and put a cross on two-pass encoding
if you use x264 you need to choose a presetting that fits your cpu, if you put it to low (ultrafast) the output will be crappy if you set the bitrate to low, or if you set it to high (placebo) it will use all of you cpu and your game will have lags like hell
let profile and tune empty and no cross at VFR

that would be my recommended settings ohh, and audio on 192kbps

but if you need a good recorder, maybe take a look at mirillis action or so
