Which do you prefer?

I used to stream on Twitch but switched over to Youtube Gaming mainly becuz it hits 2 birds in one stone.
As i always live stream instead of capturing it with an Elgato or such i feel like Youtube Gaming is better as it goes directly to my channel wich attracts a wider audience this way

 

Ditto on Twitch. I just use youtube to archive my streams with the occasional Let's Play video.
I've been introduced to using it way before Youtube gaming was around so I've just stuck with it really.

 

But Hitbox is partnered with the Freedom! network and there for with MGN, and I believe if your are partnered with Freedom! you get paid more and faster but don't quote me on that.

 

I highly doubt you get paid more and faster

I use both. Twitch when I just want to stream and don't need the footage for anything and youtube for doing Let's Plays from my PS4 since I don't want to hook up the Elgato to it.

 

Thats a toughie... I usually just streamed straight from my Xbox to Twitch, then transferred it straight to YouTube. BTW Freedom/MGN also partners with YouTube I believe.... But as far as my preference as a viewer I like watching YouTube vids versus live unless the community the broadcaster has created is a little smaller and the people are nice. That is what keeps me as a viewer - a great community and an involved broadcaster/creator who cares about his or her community and wants to create content for them and responds to them on a personal level.

 

Agreed twitch is what I prefer also, although I haven't tried streaming on any other service. Would it be worthwhile?

 

I should probably look into hitbox and see what the numbers are like I've just come back to streaming after a while away and do need a way to kick start my channel again.
