    Seems you just started?

    To begin make a channel banner and trailer.
    Fill your about section with detailed info about your channel and add social links.
    Fill your video description with info on what the video is about.
    Use your home lage to your advantage and set the New uploads and Populair uploads playlists there.
    And lastly make your avatar channel related.
